Sydney Opera House

This is a picture of the largest theater in the Sydney Opera House; it
holds 2,500 people where plays and entertainers are featured. The next
largest theater holds 1,500 people and is used for opera 9 months of
the year.

The Opera House design was chosen in a competition in the 1950's. It
was expected to take 4 years and $7 million dollars. It was completed
16 years later for $102 million.
